Passport – A must have to travel!
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of your trip.
You will need at least one blank page for each country that will be visited.
In case your passport gets lost or stolen, we would advise to bring along a copy of your passport.
Please note that visas are the responsibility of the traveller and that Thando lwe Africa will not be held responsible for traveller being denied entry should they not be in a possession of the relevant visas. This is why you will have to double check if you need visas for the countries that your trip will go through. Thando Lwe Africa Tours will be more than happy to offer any assistance or guidance you need through the process of getting visas.
The assistance we offer includes writing up a letter confirming that you will be travelling with us, should the embassy need one. Most nationalities can get visas on arrival at the airport or border crossing. Countries like China will need visas for South Africa & Namibia beforehand, South Korea will need visas for Namibia beforehand, etc.
Children Travelling to Namibia & Botswana
Leaving or entering Namibia or Botswana with a child or children under the age of 18 years of age, you will require to produce an unabridged birth certificate and original or certified copies of documents that prove the children are either travelling with their parents, or with the consent of their parents.
